My journey into health coaching began long before I made it official. After years working in the food, drink and supplement industries, I gained a unique helicopter view of how products were created and how that translates (or doesn’t) into real-life wellbeing. I saw how confusing the wellness world can be for people just trying to feel better and make healthier choices.

Then my own challenge changed everything. Faced with a potential operation, I spent 18 months searching for answers and found recovery through a combination of nutrition, lifestyle change and persistence. That experience opened my eyes to how powerful the body and mind can be when given the right environment and it became the foundation of everything I do today.

Along the way, I deepened my knowledge by earning a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition and exploring my own health data through DNA and Blood Testing, learning how personalised insights can transform the way we eat, move and recover.

Now through David Morris Health, I bring together my industry experience, nutritional knowledge and real-world lessons to help others simplify health, turning complex information into practical, sustainable habits.

Why work with me

Working in the food, drink and supplementation industry for years has given me an ‘insiders view’ of how complex, and often confusing our nutrition landscape really is. Behind every “healthy” product label lies a world of ingredient choices, processing steps and marketing spin that doesn’t always align with genuine health outcomes.

That’s where my passion has shifted. I don’t want to talk about products anymore. I want to help people transform their health from the inside out.

My mission is now simple: To help people reset habits, simplify health and build sustainable, realistic routines. To bring clarity, confidence and ease to prevent that slow slide toward medication and instead feel genuinely in control of their energy, focus and mood.

Because when you strip away the noise, health shouldn’t feel overwhelming, it should feel liberating. It doesn’t need to be complicated, it just needs to be real.
